Court Catering were invited to design, supply and install the high-quality bar and kitchen facilities for the prestigious Audley retirement village.

Located within and adjacent to the Grade II listed Tudor Manor House the 155 cottages and apartments required flexible catering facilities meeting the demands of residents, visitors and the community at large.

Combining both gas and electric Blue Seal prime cooking equipment together with an electric Rational combination oven with integrated ventilation allowed the kitchen to meet the current stringent ventilation standards whilst satisfying both the Planning and Conservation Office.
