The initial brief was to provide a hotel kitchen for the Grade II listed Mill House situated next to the Old Swan PH in Witney. The scope was then extended to include the Malt House function room kitchen and bar, the stills area and staff facilities.

The Mill bar located in a high gallery overlooking the restaurant offers a quiet area to sit and enjoy a drink.

The Langley Hotel

Court Catering first became involved with the project in 2007 when we were approached to produce and initial investigation into the feasibility of installing kitchen equipment in the basement of the Grade II listed hunting lodge of the Duke of Marlborough.

With a new front staircase the building was sympathetically restored to its former glory.

La Tua Pasta, Borough Market

The brief for La Tua Pasta was to design a space capable of providing high volumes of takeaway pasta from a small and compact market stall.

With initial drawings based on site supplied layouts, the service counter had to be relocated once building work started.
