      <description>The newly opened Park Plaza, Westminster Bridge, London, is situated in London&#39;s South Bank, within walking distance of iconic attractions including Big Ben and the Houses of Parliament, the London Eye and the London Aquarium.
Featuring 65 suites and penthouses, the hotel boasts more than 500 Studio Rooms, as well as five distinctive dining and entertainment experiences, including the highly acclaimed French restaurant, Brasserie Jo&amp;euml;l.&amp;nbsp;
The ballroom covers 1,200 square metres and is pillar&#45;free. There are also 31 additional meeting rooms, an executive lounge, Spa and Fitness Centre and a 15 meter swimming pool.
Court Catering Equipment designed, specified and installed an enormous package of equipment for use throughout all areas of the hotel including: &#45;

Maids Rooms were also fitted out throughout the hotel.
In all, ten Combination Ovens were installed, including five 40&#45;grid units. Other prime cooking equipment covered all eventualities and amounted to more than 80 items, including several central island cooking suites, a tandoori oven, bratt pans, boiling pans, induction units, solid top ranges, chargrills, grills, griddles and fryers.
Dish and glasswashing equipment amounted to 32 separate items, including undercounter dish and glasswashers, hood&#45;type machines, a corner unit fitted with an integral dryer and a rack transport dishwasher.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;
Some 55 items of refrigeration included counter and upright fridges and freezers and fish fridges. There were also 17 coldrooms installed, including specialist wine, dairy, pastry, fridge and freezer rooms.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;
More than 200 shaped work benches (many with sinks and drawers), workbenches, wall shelves, wall cupboards and sink units were installed, including two &amp;lsquo;U&amp;rsquo; shaped bench units. There were also 37 sets of stand&#45;alone nylon coated storage shelving. &amp;nbsp;
