Court Catering Equipment installed this new kitchen inside one of London's finest hotels. Said Jonathan Lowrey, Deputy General Manager: "The transformation of our traditional European restaurant into the truly authentic Min Jiang Chinese restaurant presented challenges in all aspects of the design and build process, but the result is a resounding success. “With the innovative design of Humble Arnold Associates and the commitment and expertise of Court Catering, we are pleased to now have a Chinese kitchen that our Master Chef is proud to cook in. “Court Catering faced significant challenges included upgrading the ventilation and sourcing specialist Chinese Wok burner cookers, wood burning ovens and stoves, which needed complex and time-consuming CE registration before being installed. They also sourced a duck ‘drying’ fridge from Italy specifically for this project. “We were impressed by the highly professional manner in which Court Catering handled the problems of dismantling the old kitchen and installing the new equipment on the 10th Floor, with the minimum of disruption to both our guests and the hotel itself. I would highly recommend them!"
