The project at The Banker in Cousin Lane involved upgrading the kitchen facilities.
Court Catering Equipment supplied and installed a package including a gas fired Rotisserie, with its own specially fabricated mobile stand. Also provided was a hot and cold food display counter, a 6 burner oven range, convection oven, stainless steel kitchen benches and shelving, a meat slicer and tab grabber, to keep track of orders.
