Upgrading the facilities for the prison kitchen included the supply and fitting of Hygienic Wall Cladding and Ceiling Panelling.
A Quick Link system was fitted to existing Sinks, to allow for removal and cleaning.
Serving facilities installed included Two Hot Cupboards with Bains Marie Tops and fitted with Castors and Quartz Heated Gantries and a Heated Food Trolley.
Other equipment supplied and fitted included a Cupboard, Work Bench, Waste Disposal Unit, Stainless Steel Sink with Mixer Tap, COSHH Cupboard and a Wash Hand Basin with Electronic Hands Free Mixer Tap.
