William Booth College, Denmark Hill, London
Williams Booth College has recently also become the home to The Salvation Army's International Headquarters during the development of its City premises.
The campus, which at one time housed the hunting lodge of the Prince of Denmark (hence 'Denmark Hill'), spreads over some seven and a half acres of tree-covered gardens creating a rural sanctuary close to the heart of the capital.
Court Catering Equipment designed the facility and supplied and installed large scale kitchen facilities including Store, Food Preparation Area, Main Kitchen, Dishwashing, Utensil Washing and Front of House.
Food Preparation Equipment includes Potato Washer, 20 Quart Mixer on Stand, Tabling with Inset Double Sink, Tabling with Shelving Under, Wall Shelf, Blast Chiller, Wash Hand Basin, Fly Killer, Vegetable Prep Machine, Undercounter Freezer, upright Freezer, Racking, Fly Killer and Pass-Through Hot Cupboard.
The Main Kitchen includes a 6 Burner Range, Salamander Grill, Single Pan Fryers, 6 Grid Combi Oven, 10 Grid Combi Oven, Braising Pan, Tabling and Ventilation Hood.
A package of Refrigeration included an Upright Meat Refrigerator, Freezer Room and Upright Refr5igerators and Freezers.
The Dishwash Area includes Hood Type Dishwasher, Tabling, Water Softening, Waste Disposal Unit, Inlet Tabling with Spray Arm & Splashback, Outlet Tabling Bucket Sink, Tray Clearing Trolley and Ventilation Canopy.
Front of House facilities installed included a Servery Counter fitted with a Soup Kettle and Plate Lowerator.
