New build kitchen facilities for St Mungo’s

St Mungo's new flagship hostel is made of five interlinked blocks containing 85 self-contained bedrooms plus communal and teaching facilities for some of London’s homeless.

Court Catering Equipment designed, supplied and installed a complete kitchen facility.

Prime cooking equipment included a Gas Heated Single Pan Deep Fat Fryer, 6 Burner Oven Range, Soup Kettle, Panini Contact Grill, 2 Slot Sandwich Toaster, Convection Oven on Stand, Heavy Duty Slicing Machine and a Gas Heated Salamander Grill.

Food preparation equipment included a 20 Litre Mixer and a Potato Peeler.

Refrigeration included Single and Double Door Fridges and Freezers and the Dishwashing supplied included a Hood Type Dishwasher for the kitchen and Undercounter Dishwasher for the Café area, plus Tabling. 

A Stainless Steel Servery Counter, Hot Water Dispensers, Automatic Coffee Machines, Shelving, Potracks, Benches and an Electrically Operated Fire Rated Roller Shutter completed the package.
