Complete package of equipment for catering facilities spread over several floors for this major staff feeding project.

Catering facilities include a ground floor cafe, sixth floor catering area containing the main kitchen and the Level 10 fine dining kitchen.

The cafe includes a Stone Clad Counter and Rear Servery Counter for the back bar area, back bar refrigeration and a top of the range espresso coffee system, with assoicated sinks, tabling and cupboards. To the front a large deli counter was designed, supplied and installed, supported by an associated catering store room fitted with an undercounter dishwasher and waste handling equipment.

The sixth floor area includes an equipment store, retail shop store, modular coldroom, walk-in freezer, deli-prep kitchen, pot wash, main kitchen, dishwash, beverage area and servery.

Key equipment items included combination ovens, induction cooking ranges and a new ventilation canopy. Refrigeration included undercounter, upright and walk-in cold and freezer rooms spread throughout the facility. The main sixth floor dishwashing facility was refurbished and a tray clearing carousel and associated slat conveyor were also installed.

On the 10th floor, Court Catering provided a complete kitchen facility including prep area, main cooking area, stills, storage and CoSSH storage.
