Ten Luxury Hotel boasts 45 elegantly appointed bedrooms including eight suites and a spacious penthouse suite. Facilities include Ten Lounge Bar, Ten Lounge Restaurant, Hunters & Frankau Humidor and an all weather outdoor cigar smoking terrace.
Court Catering Equipment supplied a complete package including kitchen equipment and installation.
Major infrastructure included extract fans and ducting, a complimentary fresh air make up system, fire suppression and a 3760mm wall canopy.
Prime cooking equipment included a combination oven, fryers, solid top and open gas burner ranges, charcoal grill and roller grill.
Undercounter and upright refrigeration were complimented by a walk in coldroom and blast chiller.
Bar fit out included a display chiller, stills counter with overhead canopy, water boilers and ice machines.
Seperate undercounter dish and glasswashing units and a package of shelving and tabling completed this project.
